SUCHASNIST

“Suchasnist” [Modern times] (in full: “Suchasnist: Literature, the Arts, Society» is a monthly journal. From 1961 – 1990 it was published by the émigré organization by the "Ukrainian Society of Studies Abroad”, at first in Munich, and then in New York.

The journal the publishing of the journal was transferred to Kyiv, and since November 1993 the journal has been the publication of the Ukrainian World Coordinating Council of Ukrainian Specialists and of the Republican Association of Ukrainian Studies Specialists. The Editorial Board of the journal was headed by I. DZIUBA and T. Hunchak. Since 2001, I. DZIUBA has been the Chair of the Editorial Board, and since February 2002 Ihor Rymaruk has been Chief Editor.
